Do you think someone could swim competitively(practicing in water 3hrs a day and dry land for 90mins daily) vegetarian(no chicken,cow or pig ect but would eat fish and drink milk and yogurt and such)

Absolutely! But because you are in the water for awhile and are doing quite a bit of dryland, you need to make sure you are getting enough protein. This can be nuts, tofu, beans, avocado, and spinach (just to name a few.) But be sure to talk to your coach, he will know you better then I will. Thanks for the question!
